A lawsuit has been filed on behalf of the heirs of a Holocaust victim against a Hungarian bank for an accounting and recovery of, among other things, a safe deposit box in 1944. The Complaint deals with many of the same issues as the Herzog case and claims additional legal authority supporting the claim.
